Our minimum order quantity starts at 100 units for standard notebooks and 50 units for customized products. For enterprise orders exceeding 1000 units, we offer special volume discounts and flexible payment terms. Contact us for custom quotes on very large orders.
We offer comprehensive customization including: company logo printing on covers (full color or single color), custom cover designs, branded inner pages with company information, choice of paper quality (70-100 GSM), binding type (Spiral, Wiro, Center Stitched, Perfect Bound), and size options (A4, A5, B5, or custom sizes). We also provide design assistance to ensure your brand looks professional.
Standard delivery timelines are: Delhi NCR (3-5 business days), North India (5-7 business days), South/East/West India (7-10 business days). We work with reliable logistics partners like Blue Dart, DTDC, and Delhivery to ensure safe delivery. Express delivery options are available for urgent orders at additional cost. You can track your shipment in real-time.
We accept multiple payment methods: Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Corporate Cheques. For established clients and large enterprises, we offer credit facilities with payment terms of Net 15 or Net 30 days. GST invoices are provided for all transactions. 50% advance is required for custom orders, with balance before delivery.
Yes, we provide physical samples for bulk orders above ₹10,000. Sample charges are fully adjustable against your final order. For smaller orders, we share detailed product photos and specifications. We stand by our quality promise. If you receive damaged or defective products, we offer free replacement within 7 days of delivery. For errors in customization (printing mistakes), we provide complete reprinting at no extra cost. Please inspect goods upon delivery and report any issues immediately. Customized products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or printing error on our part.
